Beets and Greens Breakfast Smoothie is all about replacing warm bowls of insipid oatmeal with something fresh, vibrant, and powerfully packed with nutrients. This is for the pro-health busybody who can take her morning nourishment to go! Volumes of value for your body and can be perfectly paired with other breakfast concomitants.

INGREDIENTS

  • (2 servings) 2 small beets (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 medium banana A knob of ginger (grated)
  • ½ cup of black grapes ½ cup of spinach ½ cup of lettuce 1 tablspoon chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 ½ cups of chilled water
  • 1 tablespoon of pure honey

Instructions

Add ingredients, in above order into, a blender and blitz until purple perfection!
